eWallets

International Bank/ Wire Transfer
While depositing funds using a credit card, debit card or eWallet is fast and easy to do, some investors prefer to use wire transfers or international bank transfers to fund their trading accounts. To ensure we meet your trading needs and preferences, Multivest offers the option of wire transfers. Please be advised though that by using this deposit option, it may take up to 7 business days for your capital to reflect in your trading account.
Local Bank Transfer
To serve our global traders, at Multivest, we offer local bank transfer as an option for depositing trading funds into your account. This option is preferred by many as it is often faster than wire transfers and international bank transfers and it only takes a few days for the transaction to be completed.

What is the Multivest Withdrawal Process?
The Multivest withdrawal process is quick, easy, and hassle-free. Simply follow these 3 easy steps.
Start the withdrawal process by completing the withdrawal request form

Once your form has been processed and approved, your requested funds will be transferred to you.
Please note that once you have submitted your withdrawal request, it can take up to 3 business days to be processed by the Multivest team. Also, your funds will be credited via the same payment method you used to make the deposit. It can also take up to an additional 7 days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on the withdrawal method used. While Multivest does not charge any fees, your financial institution may deduct fees so please contact them directly for more information.
Security and Verification
At Multivest, the safety and security of our account holders is a priority for us. As such, we have implemented comprehensive security measures to protect you and our platform from fraudulent activities. To facilitate these security processes, all Multivest clients are required to complete a verification process.
To complete the verification process and to start trading, you will need to provide personal identification information and various documents. This information can be submitted online.
The following documents are required to complete the verification process
- Proof of Identification (POI)
- Proof of Residence (POR)

Proof of Identification (POI) Documents
A valid ID document issued by a government is required for you to complete the verification process. You can send either a scan or a photo of your ID. The following documents are acceptable for verifying identity with Multivest:
- Driver’s license
- National Identity Card
- Passport
Just make sure that the copy of the chosen identity document you send to us is legible with your full name, date of issuance,c and expiration date clearly indicated. A clear photo of you must also be included in the ID document.
Proof of Residence (POR) Documents
As part of the verification process, you will also need to verify your place of residence by providing the relevant documentation. Please ensure that the documents are no more than 3 months old. Also, the details on the documentation must match the information provided when you registered a Multivest account. Please ensure that your full name and full address of residence are legibly displayed.
The following are acceptable documents for POR purposes:
- Utility Bill (Such as a water, gas, electricity, or phone account)
- Bank Statement
- Credit/Debit Card Statement
Credit Card Information Verification
Should you wish to use a credit or debit card as a method for deposits and withdrawals to and from your Multivest account, you will need to provide us with an image of the front and back of your card with legible information. You can send either a scan or a photograph of the card that was used.
The following information must be included in your image:
- Full Name
- Expiration Date
- First 5 and last 4 numbers are on the card. Please ensure the middle 7 digits, as well as the CVV number, are hidden.
- The signature on the card must match the signature provided on other documents provided to Multivest.
Please Note: You may be required to provide Multivest with a credit card statement that proves you are the legal owner of the credit card account. This statement will need to clearly display your full name as well as the last four digits on the card. Also, the name on the statement must match the card name as well as other documents provided to Multivest.
Bank Transfer - Proof of Payment
Multivest only processes withdrawals through the same payment method originally used to deposit funds into your account. If you deposited funds using the bank transfer option, you will be required to provide an image/screenshot that legibly displays the deposit transaction.
